For our client, a leading Oil & Gas operator, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist for Shale Oil and Gas to join the C&P (Contracts & Procurement) team.

The role involves managing Shales procurement for both Gas and Oil, overseeing medium-complexity contracts aligned with business needs, ensuring HSSE standards, and maintaining supply continuity by addressing the Company's requirements.

Accountabilities:

Engage with colleagues and stakeholders within Shales Business and Functions to collaborate across organizational boundaries and deliver substantial value by:

-Developing and executing fit-for-purpose commercial strategies and work plans for Tactical spend, aligned with Category Management strategies and Category Leads

-Providing a strong commercial influence with optimizing demand and specifications

-Supporting Manage the Tail initiatives and rationalize the number of Contracts/Suppliers

-Sharing best practices and external market dynamics to deliver value

-Implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to streamline, simplify, standardize and improve performance

-Ensure compliance with Ethics and Compliance requirements, as well as the Company's Control Framework.

-Delivering end-to-end cost savings impacting RDS bottom line

Requisitos

-Significant experience in Procurement or a related field.

-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Law, Economics, or Finance.

-Fluency in English

-Expertise in negotiation and commercial transactions.

-Skilled in taking initiative, influencing others, and making timely decisions with limited data.

-Knowledge of SAP and RtP processes (advantageous).

-Strong organizational and analytical abilities; works well independently and in teams.

-Proven success in implementing Continuous Improvement projects.
